Louth motorcyclist dies after accident

A 29-year-old motorcyclist who was seriously injured in a road accident in Ardee in Co Louth on Monday morning has died.

He has been named as Jude Callan from Tierney Street in the town.

The accident happened at the roundabout on the Dundalk Road at 12.40am in the morning.

Mr Callan died in Beaumont Hospital in Dublin.
