FG: 'Ireland left behind in EU decision making'

Fine Gael has published a new bill recommending changes to the Defence acts to allow Irish troops to take part in peacekeeping missions.

The party said Ireland is being left behind in EU decision-making about the role of Europe in world peacekeeping and defence issues.
