ICTU rules out renegotiating benchmarking

The Irish Congress of Trade Unions is warning that the social partnership process could collapse if an attempt was made to renegotiate the benchmarking pay deal for public services.

The chairman of the public services committee of ICTU, Peter McLoone, says it is ensuring fair rates of pay for public service workers.
