ICTU gives support to smoke ban

The Irish Congress of Trade Unions has given its full support to the implementation of the smoking ban in the workplace.

The ICTU say they are sending a clear message that bar staff deserve the same protection as other workers and that it is a very important step in protecting the health and safety of workers.
