The Government’s National Implementation Body has asked the Labour Court to begin a fresh hearing into the dispute between management and cabin crew at Aer Lingus.

Hundreds of cabin crew have been engaged in a work-to-rule protest for several weeks due to the company’s refusal to pay a 4% pay award due under the Programme for Prosperity and Fairness last year.
