Blair: North elections must go ahead

British Prime Minister Tony Blair has reiterated his view that Assembly elections in the North must go ahead some time in the future.

Mr Blair cancelled the election earlier this year because of unionist threats to collapse the Assembly due to alleged ongoing IRA activity.
