'No agreement on counselling funds'

The Taoiseach has told the Dáil that the One-in-Four charity never provided details to the Government about its plans to offer counselling for victims of childhood sexual abuse.

Bertie Ahern was responding to Labour leader Pat Rabbitte, who accused the Government of forcing the organisation to shut down.
