US computer firm to create 100 jobs in Cork
A US multinational has announced plans to create 100 jobs in Cork over the next three years.
Texas-based Affiliated Computer Services, which employs more than 40,000 people worldwide, has already begun recruiting staff after agreeing to establish a centre in the Mahon Business Park in Blackrock.
The Tánaiste, Mary Harney, said today that the company was planning to use the centre "to provide its global customers with business process and information technology outsourcing services".
