Committee to discuss mobile phone charges in Ireland

The Oireachtas committee on communications is due to meet today to discuss the high charges levied by mobile phone firms in Ireland.

The telecommunications regulator and the Consumers Association have claimed that mobile phone costs in Ireland are the third highest in the European Union.
