Bin protestors face heavy fine or imprisonment
Twelve anti-bin tax protesters are one step away from possible imprisonment over their continued defiance of a High Court injunction.
The individuals have refused to apologise for blocking Dublin City Council waste collections in Finglas and Kimmage and call off their action.
They are due back in court before Justice Mella Carroll in the morning.
One of the protestors, Kay Conlon, says she has no intention off backing down.
