Gardaí begin new appeal to identify body

Gardaí have issued a renewed appeal for assistance in identifying the body of a male who was discovered on the grounds of St James Hospital earlier this month.

The deceased is described as a white male between the age of 45 and 50 years. He was 5’10” with chestnut hair in a ponytail with grey sideburns and of strong build.

When the body was discovered at 9:20pm on September 15, he was wearing a white vest, grey cardigan, blue jeans and red house slippers.

He had four keys worn on a key holder on a belt clip. Gardaí have asked anyone with any information to contact Kilmainham garda station on 01-6669700.
