Staff suspended at Roscommon County Council

Four Roscommon County Council staff have been suspended, pending the outcome of an investigation into alleged irregularities at Ballaghadereen dump.

It's understood routine checks and auditing procedures highlighted the irregularities, which involved levies charged to trucks off-loading waste at the dump.
