Mandate: Bin charges should be addressed

The trade union Mandate says the bin charge issue should be addressed at the next review of Sustaining Progress.

Talks on the National Agreement are due to get underway in March of next year, and Mandate wants the issue of bin charges dealt with on a national basis.
