Tribunal to rule on Lawlor tomorrow

The Planning and Payments Tribunal will rule at noon tomorrow if Liam Lawlor should go to the High Court for a possible return to prison.

The Tribunal will consider overnight if Liam Lawlor has fully complied with the requests of the inquiry in supplying all details of his financial affairs.

The former Fianna Fáil TD also faces a possible prosecution for perjury.
