'Loyalist paramilitaries filling political vacuum'

Sinn Féin’s Gerry Kelly has claimed that loyalist paramilitaries are filling the vacuum created by the cancellation of the North’s Assembly elections.

Speaking at a press conference in Britain, Mr Kelly said the cancellation of the May elections had coincided with an increase in attacks on Catholic homes.
