Opposition criticises Govt response to Laffoy resignation

Fine Gael and the Labour Party have launched a scathing attack on the Government’s response to the resignation of Justice Mary Laffoy as chair of the Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse.

Ms Justice Laffoy resigned last week just hours after the Government announced plans to review the remit of her investigation.
