Man dies after Galway church ground attack

A man in his 30s has died after being assaulted in Galway early this morning.

A man died after being attacked in a grounds of church near Galway City centre early today.

The victim of the incident, understood to be in his 30s, was set upon near St Patrick’s Church in the city.
