Coughlan to review pensions legislation in three years’ time

Mary Coughlan, the Minister for Social and Family Affairs, has revealed plans to review pensions legislation in three years’ time to decide whether employers should be obliged to contribute to Personal Retirement Savings Accounts.

The PRSA scheme was established this year in an effort to tackle the low level of pension uptake among Irish workers.
