Gardaí appeal for witnesses to fatal accident

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to a fatal accident in Co Roscommon last night.

A 43 year-old motorcyclist was killed as a result of a collision with a red Ford Mondeo car.

It happened at 8.50pm at Sheepwalk, Frenchpark, on the Ballaghadereen Road.

Anyone with information should contact gardaí at Boyle, or any garda station.
