Mother Teresa relics coming to Knock shrine
The relics of Mother Teresa of Calcutta are being brought to Knock shrine in Co Mayo.
She is to be beatified on Sunday, October 19 and the relics will arrive here a week later.
Primate of All-Ireland Archbishop Sean Brady will be chief celebrant of the mass at Knock for the occasion.
Record crowds are expected to attend the veneration of the relics on October 26. Around 40,000 travelled to the Knock shrine in 1993 when Mother Teresa visited.
