Ahern to regulate satellite TV signals

Communications Minister Dermot Ahern says he will do all he can to regulate satellite TV broadcasts into Ireland.

The Minister says organisations like Sky broadcast freely into Ireland but are not subject to legislation that restrict RTE, TV3 and TG4 on issues such as product advertising.
