Irish charity calls for dictators to be brought to justice

Irish Third World Charity GOAL is calling on the international community to bring any remaining dictators and deposed leaders to justice.

GOAL chief executive John O' Shea says lessons should be learned following the death of Ugandan Dictator Idi Amin today.
