Adair's wife sues Bolton Council in housing row

The wife of UFF Leader Johnny Adair has taken an English Council to court for refusing to house her.

Gina Adair, says she fled Belfast because her life was in danger following a loyalist feud.

Mrs Adair was refused a council house by Bolton Council when she arrived in the town in February.

At Manchester County Court, the Council said Mrs Adair had effectively made herself homeless by being involved with paramilitary groups in Northern Ireland
