In the North, a DUP councillor says he's opposing any Dublin nominee on the proposed International Monitoring Commission because the Irish Government cannot be trusted.

The Commission, one of whose members will be nominated by Dublin, is to be asked to ensure all Northern parties keep to their commitments to the Good Friday Agreement.
