Health funding announcement a trick - Labour

The Labour Party is dismissing as "a three card trick" today's announcement of a €75.5m funding package for the health service.

Labour's health spokesperson Deputy Liz McManus says it is clear that €65m of the amount had already been announced in the budget estimates for 2003.
