Health Minister to announce VHI decision tomorrow

Health Minister Micheál Martin is expected to reveal tomorrow whether or not he will grant the VHI's recent request for an 8% increase in premiums.

The health insurance firm secured an 18% increase in premiums for its 1.5 million customers last year.
