Two police officers were injured after coming under attack from a gang of youths in Antrim last night.

Two police officers were injured after coming under attack from a gang of youths in Antrim last night.

A police spokeswoman said four petrol bombs and other missiles were thrown at the officers in the Rathenraw estate.

A 24-year-old man was arrested after calm was restored to the area.

The incident was the latest in a series of disturbances in Rathenraw in recent weeks.
