A Democratic Unionist MP today dismissed criticism about his participation in an Orange Order parade through a sectarian flashpoint area of Belfast.

North Belfast MP Nigel Dodds was under fire from Sinn Féin for taking part in the first of two Orange marches past the nationalist Ardoyne area of north Belfast.
