A cross-border deal has secured the future of glass recycling here and more than 100 jobs at Rehab Recycling Partnership in Dublin.

A cross-border deal has secured the future of glass recycling here and more than 100 jobs at Rehab Recycling Partnership in Dublin.

The partnership has signed a deal with Fermanagh-based Quinn Glass which will see more than 200,000 tonnes of glass transported there for reprocessing over the next three years.

The future of Irish glass recycling had been in doubt since the closure of the Ardagh plant in Dublin last year.
