Lawlor accused of providing 'meaningless information'

The Planning Tribunal has accused former Fianna Fáil TD Liam Lawlor of providing meaningless information about a £100,000 fee he received for helping find a property in London for a wealthy buyer three years ago.

The Planning Tribunal has accused former Fianna Fáil TD Liam Lawlor of providing meaningless information about a £100,000 fee he received for helping find a property in London for a wealthy buyer three years ago.

Yesterday, Mr Lawlor claimed the fee was spent on his behalf by solicitors in London between October and December 2000.
