Tribunal accuses Lawlor of not co-operating

The Flood Tribunal has accused former Fianna Fail TD Liam Lawlor of failing to co-operate adequately with its investigations.

The tribunal said Mr Lawlor failed to provide details of financial and property transactions it had requested.
