Court to rule on challenge by UUP dissidents

The Belfast High Court is due to issue its ruling later today in a case taken by the three dissident Ulster Unionist MPs who were suspended from the party earlier this month.

Jeffrey Donaldson, David Burnside and Martin Smyth were suspended pending disciplinary hearings after they resigned the UUP whip in Westminster.
