NI monitoring body set for formation

The British government is reportedly set to legislate for the creation of a body to oversee the implementation of outstanding aspects of the Good Friday Agreement.

The International Monitoring Body would be tasked with making decisions on whether all parties had honoured their commitments under the 1998 peace deal.
