Bomb alert at Scappaticci's home

The home of the man alleged to be British army agent known as Stakeknife was at the centre of a security alert today.

British army bomb disposal experts were called in to carry out a controlled explosion on a suspect device which police later claimed to be an “elaborate hoax”.
