Tipperary death: Victim had been in row earlier
Gardaí in Tipperary have confirmed that the man who was found badly beaten in a lane-way in the village of Mullinahone at around 3am today had been involved in a dispute earlier in the evening.
His badly-bruised body was taken to Our Lady's Hospital in Cashel but he was pronounced dead shortly afterwards.
The scene in the lane-way has been preserved for forensic examination and a post mortem is due to be carried out later today.
