Motorists using mobile phones to be penalised

Motorists using mobile phones while driving are the next category due to fall into the penalty points trap, according to reports this morning.

Transport Minister Seamus Brennan is reportedly planning to introduce legislation next year banning the use of mobile phones in cars.
