Four face charges over explosives find

Four men were due to be charged today in connection with the discovery of bomb-making equipment, gardaí said.

The men were arrested after detectives investigating the activities of dissident republicans found around half a tonne of explosive mix in an outhouse near Hackballscross in Co Louth.
