SDLP's Diver condemns bomb 'planters'

SDLP councillor for Foyle Gerard Diver has condemned those behind the planting of a bomb containing 600lbs of explosives that was today made safe in Derry.

Mr Diver said those who drove the van bomb into the city had put many lives at risk.
