Gardaí arrest man after Cork drug seizure

Gardaí in Cork have arrested a man in his thirties following a €25,000 drug seizure.

He was detained last night after detectives found the stash of cannabis and cocaine in a search of a house in Cobh.

The man was arrested under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act.

He was taken to Cobh garda station where he can be held for up to seven days.
