Police in the North have arrested five people in connection with two separate murders in Derry.

Police in the North have arrested five people in connection with two separate murders in Derry.

Two men were arrested in connection with the murder with a 39-year-old man whose body was found in a house in the Ardfoyle area at around 3am. Police said he died after being assaulted.

Another three people were arrested after the body of a second man was found in a flat in Campion Court, in the Waterside area of the city, shortly after 8am.
