ERHA to ban non-Dubliners from capital's hospitals

The Eastern Regional Health Authority is planning to introduce new regulations banning people from outside Dublin from using the capital's hospitals for anything other than specialist care.

The ban is designed to curb the number of people bypassing their local services and travelling to Dublin hospitals from other regions.
