Cattle farmers lose their High Court case
Eight farmers from Galway, Cork and Kerry have lost their High Court case seeking an order compelling the Minister for Agriculture to provide them with movement cards so they can sell their cattle.
Farmers across the country have been unable to sell off their animals because of the ongoing clerical dispute at 25 regional department offices.
