Pisces report urges tougher safety enforcement
The fact that there should be tougher enforcement of safety standards on passenger boats is the main finding of the report into the sinking of the Pisces trawler off the Wexford coast last year.
Three generations of the same family were among five people who drowned when the boat went down with no life jackets aboard.
