Good drivers may receive reduction in insurance premiums

Four hundred thousand motorists who remain free of penalty points are set to reap the benefits of a 10% reduction in insurance premiums.

The Hibernian Insurance Group, which claims a 30% share of the market, is to introduce the discount from November 2003.
