Conrad trial set for July 7
Chef Conrad Gallagher is to go on trial on July 7 next at Dublin Circuit Criminal court on charges alleging the theft of three paintings.
The trial is scheduled to last 2-3 days and will involve 12 witnesses.
Mr Gallagher, formerly of Killiney Hill Road, Killiney, is denying he stole three paintings which he allegedly sold in December 2000.
The paintings were claimed to be the property of the Fitzwilliam Hotel, on St Stephen's Green, Dublin, which was the location of Mr Gallagher's Peacock Alley Restaurant.
Mr Gallagher, who appeared in court, was remanded in custody with consent to bail.
