Nevin appeal is turned down

The Court of Criminal Appeal has refused an application by convicted murderer Catherine Nevin to send forward legal questions in her case to the Supreme Court.

Ms Nevin was hoping to have her conviction quashed in the Supreme Court on four legal points.
