IFA in fresh demands over industrial dispute

Following a meeting with senior management in the Department of Agriculture today on the ongoing industrial dispute, IFA Deputy President Ruaidhri Deasy said the severe problems individual farmers are encountering as a result of this dispute must be resolved by the Minister for Agriculture Joe Walsh.

Following a meeting with senior management in the Department of Agriculture today on the ongoing industrial dispute, IFA Deputy President Ruaidhri Deasy said the severe problems individual farmers are encountering as a result of this dispute must be resolved by the Minister for Agriculture Joe Walsh.

Mr Deasy said IFA highlighted the real difficulties of farmers who are restricted under disease control measures.
