Union accuses Govt of smothering bad news

A union representing 25,000 health workers, including managers and administrators, is accusing the Government of using others to deliver bad news.

IMPACT says the Government is trying to devolve responsibility for announcing cuts that are a result of their mismanagement of the health service.
