Durkan says key plans must continue on

SDLP leader Mark Durkan has urged the Irish and British governments to implement key sections of their so-called "blueprint" for restoring the North's suspended political institutions.

Mr Durkan said commitments on criminal justice and policing reform contained in the document were not conditional on IRA actions.
