Cobain: IRA must go

North Belfast Ulster Unionist Party Assembly Member Fred Cobain says republicans must end the fudge and double-speak, and get on with the job of committing the IRA to history.

He was speaking as the British government decides whether to postpone elections in the North again after a failure to reach agreement on restoring devolution.
